We built xBoard to give people their time back.
Running a business, managing a team, or working solo shouldn’t mean juggling a dozen apps. xBoard is one calm place for the work, so the important things stop slipping through the cracks.
It started with a simple frustration. Files lived in one app, tasks in another, customer details in a spreadsheet, and important conversations were buried in email and text. Nothing worked together, and every day began with the same question: Where did I put that?
We knew there had to be a calmer way to work - not another tool to manage, but a single, flexible space where everything lives together, connected, searchable, and easy to find. Something built for how real life works: blended, layered, always moving.
So, we built xBoard. No clutter. No complexity. No trackers. No selling data. Just clarity.
