DMCA Copyright Policy
xBoard, LLC (the “Company”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), the Company will respond to properly submitted notices of copyright infringement.
1. Designated Copyright Agent
If you believe that content available through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent:

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
Your notification must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter‑notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter‑notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
4. Repeat Infringers
The Company will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers.
